9 weeks out. Starting to see some quads cuts and nice lines. With 9 weeks to go I’m going to bring in one nasty look this year. Flat as hell this morning but that’s the plan get flat and ripped and grow into this show. Most people think when you’re flat you’re losing muscle. Not always true my protein is super high and I’m on enough gear (all cutters now except the cyp) that it’s impossible to lose muscle. I’m hoping to add some muscle during this time. This is extremely hard to do but it’s very doable with the right nutrition and plan. The key is in your nutrition and workouts. Keep intensity high and freaking kill each workout no matter how tired and run down you feel.
