What’s going on everyone trying to get ideas on alternate type of cardio I’ve done everything from HIT programs that I found on YouTube. Some of them are pretty motivating such as one may see from a guy named bully juice. But today I decided to go outdoors and actually ride my mountain bike good about 7K this morning fasted as I’ve been reading here in the forum which is the best way to shred some fat what ideas are what ways have you applied cardio during this time without a gym ? I’ve even some videos on boxing and stepping and sparring again just trying to liven up the cardio what are your ideas gentlemen and ladies?
My gym has a cardio movie theater. All the various cardio equipment is in it. It makes cardio so much more fun, especially when there’s a good action movie on. Unfortunately, it seems like young girls pick a lot of the movies because it’s often chick flick nightmare on the screen.
They have that at my gym but I prefer just throwing in ear buds choosing a hard techno set and just going.
In the winter, hockey/ice skating. Summer, biking/walking or walking the golf course instead of taking a cart.
Sex is for any season, and can get a good cardio session in!
Snowshoeing or cross country skiing can be fun.
Swim , bike , treadmill ,speed bag and heavy bag all hit all the time . But I only do cardio on now lifting days.

- 50 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 50 Jumping Pull-Ups
- 50 Kettlebell Swings (16/12 kg or 35/26 pounds)
- 50 Walking Lunges (bodyweight)
- 50 Knees-to-Elbows
- 50 Push Press (45/35 pounds)
- 50 Back Extensions
- 50 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 pounds)
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double-Unders

Also there are several wod of the day apps available.
I would also like to add on any day for the last 20 minutes, pick a machine or two, drop set, rest no more than a minute, so it again,. Or basically any lifting session with light weights and no or little rest for 20
