I went with the DBol just because I’m trying to add as much mass as possible with this next cycle. I started out super skinny. I managed to keep 31 pounds from my first cycle. I’m ready to pack on 30 more.

I’m taking in 5,000 to 6,000 calories a day. 400 to 600 grams of carbs. My protein is staying between 200 to 300 grams a day. Mostly chicken, steak, shrimp, and tuna. You ask about my macros on my introduction and I didn’t have a clue. Thought I was eating big but wasn’t. Started logging my macros and started gaining weight. I appreciate you getting me on top of that.

That is a good amount I’m typically around 4800 no less then 4500 a day, anything over that I look at as a bonus, but anything to much higher I would have to be force feeding myself, and I’m not making myself miserable,I want to enjoy this.
Once I started tracking my macros it was like I couldn’t eat enough. I just kept eating more and more. Adding more food each week.
My breakfast started out as two large eggs scrambled with toast and bacon. Onto six large eggs scrambled with toast and bacon. Now I’ve replaced the bacon with chicken.
Nice, I make some kind of egg meal as my first and my second dinner/last meal of day, yes with toast and bacon
God I wish I could like that. But I’m prone to fat
I’m sure at some point I’ll have to change my diet. But for the moment my metabolism keeps me shredded. So I eat everything.
I played nt in college so that’s the metabolism I’m working with.
