A lot of us are stuck at home with all the gyms shut down, but we still need to pump up to stay jacked. Post up your best home workout routine. The member with the best routine wins a prize.

Today, after my food digests, I’m walking a half mile to the park with my workout bands to train back. They have pull up bars and dip bars. I’ll wrap the bands around a pole and do one arm rows, both arm rows, pull downs single and double arm. We’ll see what kind off pump I can get. I’ll take some tbol and cialis preworkout.

This is a normal Sunday for me, and my workout routine it to split wood, I am still gonna stick with that,except I am going to take 25mg cialis along side of 15mg of halo, as pwo,mainly cause I am actually going to workout after, I am gonna do bis, preacher curls and hammer curls this week, and I’m sure after the cialis and halo(which also makes me horny) I will bless the wife with a good pounding.

I may be the odd man out, but I’ve always worked out from home.
Saves time.

Here’s my current routine:

Monday: Shoulders (In THIS ORDER)
3 sets shrugs
3 sets overhead dumbell presses
3 sets lateral raises (STRICT!)
3 sets scotts press
3 sets rear flyes (1-arm dumbell rows on alternate days)
3 sets upright rows
(Yeah, I love shoulders day!)

Tuesday: Chest/Back Arms
3 sets dips
3 sets pullups (STRICT!)
3 sets incline flyes
3 sets crocs or barbell rows
3 sets preacher curls
3 sets bench dips
3 sets skull crushers straight into close-grip presses using a tricep bar - this is brutal!
On alternate days, if I feel like it, hammer or incline curls, maybe power bombs
Also, pullovers with the tricep bars now and then to change things up

Wednesday: Legs
squats
sissy squats
hamstring curls on a yoga ball
Dumbbell Calf raises (on a step)

Thursday: Off

Fri/Sat/Sun rinse, repeat

I should mention, my equipment is minimal:
1 full bar and squat rack
1 set adjustable DBs (100lb each)
1 set non-adjustable DBs (25, 30, 35 lbs)
1 Preacher bench
1 Bench
1 cheapass doorway pullup bar ($20 Amazon)
You can do dips using (sturdy) kitchen chairs

Your not, I only do home workouts, I avoid the public as much as possible

It’s a strong vasodilator. Larger blood pathways means much better pumps bringing oxygen and nutrient filled blood to the muscles.

Nah. A few things I picked up over the years. I’m not married anymore, so I do WTF I like.
Throw out the dining room table and put a squat rack instead

Today I did:
5 sets wide pushups
5 sets narrow pushups
4 sets band flies from the bottom for upper inner chest
12 sets one arm cable rows with 80Lb resistance bands around a big palm tree.
4 sets face pulls
A one mile walk

I have a bunch of bands. I should actually try using them!

When I get too fat to do pullups, I tie one to the bar to help me up!
