What’s up fam ok let’s lighten things up after the big blow up lol. I’m on week 8 of gauntlet and wow is it getting intense. I trained chest, back, triceps, and shoulders last night. I hope I’m making progress in my back but we will see. I start prep this week so let’s go. @members
