Hey guys. Been lurking for awhile. Had been doing the fitness thing for awhile and decided if I could keep a solid diet and routine for a year I’d jump on some test and see where it went.
Found out my test levels were below average. and when I jumped on during 2018 after about an month The quality of life went way up, felt more rested. Motivated etc. Been blasting and cruising since.
