Ok cheers bro

I just punched in home workouts try pickin the very top answer

Flash labs home routines contest or something close to that

Alright sorted ile gove it a check now mate cheers

Here you go. Chest
Pushups
Regular 100 reps
Decline ( put your feet on the couch/ bed footstool/stairs)100 reps
Incline (put hands on the counter top. Step back as far as you can) 100 reps
Dumbells
3 sets of 40s 10 flys 10 close grip press 10 reverse grip press 10 skull crushers
4 sets 15 reps kick backs.
Dumbells workout you can do on the floor. For pushups. Do as many as you can to get to 100. If you can only do 25. Then do 4 sets. You get the idea…

Look on letgo or secondhand sports equipment. I got some 10 to 90 LB dumbells bow flex type for 100 bucks. Picked up 85 95 105 for 200 bucks. Just looking for a good adjustable bench. I’ll be prison set up for a while. Legs will suffer a bit. But I can maintain a decent strength with these items. Hell, I might even go run… :flushed:

Ohhh I hate running  but yeah supose running and cycling may be the way forward for legs some dumbbell squats . Good little tip for calfs which you probs already know but if you stand half on bottom step hold some weight and you got ya self some calf raises (from the medieval times) lol

They used to make calf shoes. But they were straight up ankle snappers. I had friends that bought them. Looked like an accident waiting to happen. I haven’t ran 3 miles since 12 June 2002.

It’s this thing when you move your legs in front of each quickly for a period of time

Was 3 times a week beginning with the daily 7.
3 mile run.
Finish at the pull-up bar. Stay till you did 30. And then 2 min of crunches.
Back in the day when I led PT. :joy:

I knew a guy with huge chest and back. Swore by doing pushups and pullups to failure all day long. Woke up. Hit the floor and started. Several times in day and night before bed.

Check out some resistance bands brotha, fairly cheap, you can get multipacks with different tensions. I’ve been using these with with a couple weights o got laying around and a push up /pull up bar. I can tell you this I’m getting it in at the house and am sore in spots I haven’t been in years. Only really think I could use is a bench, for the time being I’m hitting pushups closehanded/widehanded, and other multiple variotions with my kids on my back. But if you get creative with the resistance bands and jam them into the door jam you can get alot of different excercises, including pec fly’s and pec presses
