Hello to all here introducing my self i have been hanging around in the back learning from all the conversations. I have quite a bit of questions, i have used sarms for about 2yrs now saw results not really what i was expecting ready to jump in to gear now. And no better place to start than with people who have experience with it hope to interact with yall and gain some more knowledge. My goal is to have a lean cut with only using test e for a first cycle. Any input is great appreciated

I would like to help but we would need more context:

  1. How long have you been training consistently?

  2. What is your age and your stats?

  3. What are your long term goals?

  4. What does your nutrition look like?

Can’t really help much without more info!

Welcome aboard! You’ve found a great place! Test E is a great start! Most important factors to consider are diet, exercise program, harm reduction and pct protocol. Also you’ll need bloods done! We’re definitely here to help!

I would train naturally for a couple more years, especially since you didn’t outline anything specific for training and nutrition. This is my ideology:

Training > Nutrition > Rest/Recovery > Experience > Gear

I would take the advice of others and train naturally as long as possible? You still have plenty of natural gains to be made. If you need help with diet or training there is a ton of great knowledge.
