I’m excited to join the community. I’ve lurked here without an account off and on for a couple months.
I used to compete in strongman and powerlifting but these last couple years I’ve been out of the gym due to a combination of my career taking a lot of time and energy, becoming a parent, and dealing with some hereditary mental health issues.
I’m back, and am natural for now, at least until I can get my body fat in the low teens.
One more unique thing about me is that I raise my own protein in the form of rabbits. They’re a low cost animal with a higher amount of protein per pound than even chicken. So if anyone has any questions about getting started with that just ask!
