Introducing Ironpumper88

Hello everyone!

I’m excited to join the community. I’ve lurked here without an account off and on for a couple months.

I used to compete in strongman and powerlifting but these last couple years I’ve been out of the gym due to a combination of my career taking a lot of time and energy, becoming a parent, and dealing with some hereditary mental health issues.

I’m back, and am natural for now, at least until I can get my body fat in the low teens.

One more unique thing about me is that I raise my own protein in the form of rabbits. They’re a low cost animal with a higher amount of protein per pound than even chicken. So if anyone has any questions about getting started with that just ask!

Welcome! And thanks for sharing the information about rabbit. I may look into that more in the future. Glad to have you here.

Welcome brother. Probably get lean eating rabbits they’re pretty lean aren’t they. Good luck with the cut. Doing the same myself.

Yeah, man. They’re super lean.

Pretty easy to raise too. They take about 30 minutes a week to care for and each doe produces about 120 pounds of dressed meat a year if you stay on top of it.

Welcome to ugmuscle brother glad to have you around posting

Yeah, rabbit is tasty. Last time we had some we made hasenpfeffer. Welcome!

Welcome brother. We harvest about five deer per year for our lean protein and that is about 25 % more protein than beef. Good to know about the rabbit

@Causkatz i didn’t know hausenpfer(sp) was real. I thought it was something made up for a bugs bunny episode. Hahaha
