My Post-Blast Picture

So it is with great trepidation that I post a pic after my recent blast. I gave myself a little over a week on cruise to ensure I lost the water weight. I’m reasonably pleased, given that I just started back on TRT a year ago and started my first blast in November and my workouts and diet only became super regular in January. It just took me a while to get back into the swing of things. Will stay on cruise for 8-12 weeks and continue to push hard with the works and stay strict with the diet and introduce more cardio as the weather gets nicer and I can run outside (I hate the fucking treadmill).

BTW, tried to get my legs in the photo, but like @Poppy, I couldn’t get the phone camera to cooperate.

Obvious focus points are chest and abs. Still probably around 20% BF, but that’s down from 24% in December.

Comments/guidance appreciated (keeping in mind that I’m 55 and thus, an old fuck).

Yeah, it’s kinda weird how they blew up toward the end. Somewhat disproportionately.

I do have decent chest and arms I think I don’t know I can’t judge my own physique as I think it all looks lien shit

I really think that’s how it goes, viz., your stronger parts dominate and grow and leave the weaker parts behind.

None of us realized what we had until it was too late and we woke up at “50 something”.

Amen, brother. I think how foolish I was to waste the athletic ability of my youth and not maintain myself. I used the excuse of “I’m working too hard” or “I need a drink more than a workout.” Pitiful.

Thank you. I’m getting there. If I keep it up for another 6-12 months with a couple of blasts during that period and a good diet, hopefully the abs and chest will come around.

That’s just a little cut and you could be there in a couple of months with the right compounds.
Its definitely within reach

Thanks. I am down to 222 today and hope to continue leaning out with low dose test and itty bitty bits of Masteron P and NPP along with HGH and the occasional PWO boost for the next couple of months and see where I am. Especially with adding cardio, I’d be great to maintain the same basic strength level I have now, but get down to 210. I am going to give Helios and L-carnitine injections a shot to try to get rid of residual belly fat.

Then I will feel comfortable doing a blast, but will want to maintain my leanness through it. What I’m thinking is a 16 week cycle of:

MENT 100mg/ED for the first 8 weeks.
Test E 437.5 mg/EW throughout.
Test P 700mg/EW throughout.
Mast P 700mg/EW throughout.
Tren Ace at 700mg/EW for the second 8 weeks.
75mg of Var ED for the second 8 weeks.

That’s pretty much where I wound up after trying various combinations and compounds this last blast. My only real reticence is the tren. I may just run the MENT throughout as it feels better and has pretty much the same effect without the nasty sides (for me). Finally, I’m intrigued by everyone’s fondness for primo, which I have never run. So this is just my thinking now and it may evolve.

This is crazy brother with the MENT your going to want to start with a lower testosterone level because estrogen is already going to be through the roof on MENT and after 8wks then bring your test level up to what you have planned.

I also believe that 50mg ed will be enough on the MENT as long as its legitimate and dosed properly. Its insanely strong anabolic so it carries really heavy anabolic side effects but builds mass quicker than any other compound today.

I would look for stenbolone instead of trenbolone but there’s other options also I would try to run something very androgenic after the MENT run or along side.
Very heavy cycle for 16wks I honestly can’t believe that at 55 you can run MENT and I can barely run test around 40 lol im jealous

I hear you. When I ran MENT for four weeks the first time around, I didn’t tolerate 100mg very well. My BP went through the roof. Second time around, I worked up to 100mg and had no issues. But you are right: I may get away with 50mg/ED with the same effect. I definitely felt that the second time around, my receptors were so saturated, the MENT did not have quite the same dramatic impact. I did add Adex at .5 EOD the second time around with the MENT, and I’m sure that helped.

My body has always liked high doses of almost everything. But there is a law of diminishing returns.

Im surprised that you were able to control MENT with arimidex. Most are using 12.5-25mg of exemestane or aromasin to control the estrogen conversion that’s why I was surprised about the high test levels also most struggle you didn’t have issues with estrogen on MENT?
