Natural ways to deal with Prolactin

Hi all. I am out of caber and wondering if there are any natural ways to deal with Prolactin. Taking NPP at 350 per week. Gonna up it to 500. No I haven’t done bloods and being out of work for three months I can’t afford to get bloods until I start my next contract hopefully in three weeks. Didn’t see this big of a lul in work coming.

P5P has been shown to help, I believe it’s the main ingredient in what @NeuroRN uses if I remember.

Dosing is 200mg a day. 100 in morning 100 night from what I’ve read other try. Effectiveness varies person to person

Its vitamin b6 right?

I might just get the vitamin pure raw powder if its just the vitamin that works?

It’s a activated version I believe. What that means, I don’t know. But they respond differently with prolactin and I believe the P5P is more effective and a much lower dose

P5p is main ingredient and B6 and vitamin e are also known to help. I don’t have the picture with me. It’s on amazon. Ismart natural anti prolactin support. I believe is the brand. It’s kinda pricey. Will go with p5p and b6 next run and see how it helps.

I use vitamin b6. 600 mg 2 times a day. Haven’t had any issues when I run tren but I never run tren higher than 300 mg/week. Kills my appetite too much

What is Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P)?

Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) is the active form of vitamin B6. P5P is a coenzyme involved in over a hundred processes in the body, including the processing of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates and the production of chemical transmitters, such as dopamine and serotonin.

Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) Benefits

Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) may support the brain, healthy mood, cardiovascular health, vision, healthy skin, and the kidneys.† Because P5P is involved in so many processes, it supports overall health and wellness.†

  • Benefits skin health†
  • Supports overall health and wellness†

If this stuff works I can add it to the starting lineup of dietary supplements that are going to be coming out soon im able to get p5p prepared pure they say 50mg 2x a day but might have to adjust the dosage for prolactin control.

That’s if it really works if this is going to be the new prolactin blocker I definitely want to make the best version available to the community.

Hey brother! I’m not dealing with issues yet and I don’t want them when I up the dose. And I don’t have any caber on hand yet. Good question though.

Where did Rusty say he was upping his dose? Did I miss it @John

I use vitamin b6 200mg-500mg a day depending on how sensitive I think I’m feeling. If I’m consistent I think it definitely helps from a pov.
