Hey guys, new here. Been bodybuilding about 20 years, done some small shows in the past but nothing big. Was on the path to junior nationals at 20, but a really bad pec tear and then a patella tendon tear 6 months later derailed it all. I come from a small ( in stature) family, and got too big too fast. I’m 5’8, got to about 220 at my biggest. Im 41 now, got the bug in me again after all the life stuff came and went. I’m kinda stuck at 210 now, not coming as easy as it did before. One question now: Been considering gh to add, have almost done it several times in the past. Does it help with nagging issues like tendinitis? Thanks guys, look forward learning.

Welcome. GH would probably help… but remember GH is the long game. 6months or so to see healing and Maintnence.
