Hello all. I’m a 38 year old male. Been casually working out since college but recently started getting more serious (I’m sure definitions of serious may vary here). I’m 6’2, 195lbs. Max bench about 275. Dead is 370. Don’t have a squat max yet. Been on TRT for about 6 months. Seems to be a steady but relatively slow process of gains but I’m happy with where I’m at for the most part. Joined for the knowledge and maybe in time and when appropriate to speak about it, a bit more of an edge than just my TRT. However I understand being new I should curve that talk on here for now. Any initial advice to navigate the site will be appreciated and I’m glad to be here. I’ve heard great things about this forum. Thanks everyone!!
