Excited to be on this site, looking to get back into the grind as well as on some legit gear. Have previously done 1 (12 week cycle) test, tren and arimidex. I then fell off after a lifting accident, but now ready to get back into it. Also looking forward to reading all of your experienced opinions on cycles, workouts etc…

Welcome to ugmuscle brother glad to have you around you should take some time off between an injury and a cycle but I would recommend nandrolone if it was tendon related and also hgh it helped me alot.

And yea I think I’m going to go that route, Suicide grip slip while incline bench pressing with 250 on it straight to the rib cage was why I took 3 months off, and it’s been about the same time since my last cycle. I started lifting this week and all my strength is gone but at least I’m not feeling discomfort any more. Starting from the bottom sucks, but it will for sure be a journey. What dosage were u doing?
Im running 200mg test cyp and 400mg primo a week its been really good lately.
Know lifting injuries all to well broke my ankle missing re rack on squat 6 months ago. Now I’m just getting like 315 for 8 reps on squats while cursing 330 for 8 on bench. Was just starting to see great gains in legs being back in gym for 8 months after 13 year party break before I went down
