I have been training for 20 years. Getting older and trying to lean down. At 299 now. Lost 15 pounds in the past month and ultimately looking to get to 250. Have changed my diet and training to accomplish this goal. I look forward to getting tips and tricks from the great members of this board. Glad to have joined.
