Hello everyone, I am new to AAS and just looking to get some advice and knowledge on what you feel is a good start. I am looking to cut fat and build muscle. I was looking into starting with NPP, Deca . I was also told to try Aromasin. Can anyone suggest which ones I should start with and cycle ? I know I’m not experienced enough to use Tren. But any helpful advice was be great.

NPP and Deca are both more of a bulking compound. Diet is everything!

I would stick with Test only until weight is where you want it to be. Test alone can cause you to gain or lose depending on your diet. Where are your calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats per day? Most are going to tell you to get your body fat down and your weight to where you want before adding any compounds. Have you had your blood levels checked to see where your natural test and E2 are?
I’d recommend a strict diet, however,I can’t give specifics or advice on a disciplined diet, cause I eat a lot,of everything.im not cutting. But there are plenty more dudes that will help you with that. What’s your cardio like? And what Mossy said a test only first cycle is the smartest move,I also noticed you didn’t even mention test as a base to your cycle, we’re you not planning on running it?

@Aggiemachine let it be known, that I do not do cardio, I’m lean enough, and work to hard for my calories to burn em the hell off, and as I mentioned, eat a lot, but I heard that diet and cardio are real good or some shit.
I haven’t done blood levels, but I’m following a low fat and carb diet. I typically eat between 50-60 grams of carb per day now . I try to keep the calories around 1500 , low fat and no sugar.
I’ve had to cut my cardio down.every trainer I spoke with said I was doing to much. I normally would do 1-2 hours of cardio between elliptical and treadmill which resulted in between 7-13 miles a day. Everyone said I was losing the muscle mass I had gained as a result of it . Calories fall around 1500 a day. I try to do low carb low fat . I did keto before but will never do that again . It works but as soon as you stop you blow up. Im pretty bulky but got fat I’m trying to get rid of. If you look at me most people think I weigh 230-240, but I’m definitely over 280. not all fat. I’m in waists size 38 but trying to be down to 34. I use to work out a lot years ago.
Diet sounds on point brother. I’m sure that’s below maintenance. Getting your blood levels checked is the next most important thing. There’s a lot science to our bodies.

I keep track . I count everything. Yes , I was told for my size 1500 was low. I might have to adjust. Maybe 1800-2000? . I was researching doing test and anavar.
The lowest I dropped in my cut was 2100 and that was brutal
