Hey fellas I’m new on the site. I’m 6’4 296lb and I’m wanting to blow the fk up! I’ve worked out off and on for years since high school when I played sports but gains come too slow. When I set my mind to shaping up, I do the usual high protien diet and portion control bit and gym 3-4 times a week and I usually start losing weight as my strength increases. This go round I want to switch it up. My goal now is to weigh in at around 270-280 and be built like a damn tank. Where do I start?

Last year I dropped 50 lbs in 12 weeks on a simple diet. Low carbs before lunch, and zero carbs after lunch, between that and the gym I was dropping pounds daily. So Im capable of managing a diet, however I know squat about steroids and thats really my big issue. I need a starting point.
There are other questions to be asked and someone will ask them, but as a cycle test is a great start, with a AI such as adex, as for the amounts and weekly dosing it depends, are you wanting a short ester or long ester?

Welcome aboard brotha, I think idea for you is to get your BF% to 15 or below. That way you can blow up lean and get that look your trying to achieve. If you really wanna hop on the train I would recommend a test only cycle to begin with. Test alone will help burn body fat if your eating correctly. Welcome to UGM. Like mentioned above, diet is key. Do your research on Test. But getting in shape, dropping unwanted weight, training for a little while before running a cycle.

Start with getting your blood work done while natural and get a baseline where youre at. Get full panels done and bp and everything.

Welcome brother I agree with @Raphael3636 and @John test was my first and I think less is more especially when you start, get your diet on point because at least from experience when my diet is not on point and I’m not paying it much attention the results tank w your cycle too you seem to have a good idea of what works for you

Less is more is always a plus. I’m hesitant on giving dosage advice, even if it is only test, I would venture to say 500 a week on ethanate version, but I didn’t do that on my first cycle, so who am I to say shit.
