NPP Twelve Week Cycle Log

Recently started up an NPP cycle but dropped it to run Test C for bloodwork. After getting bloodwork done. I picked my NPP cycle back up Monday. I ran for 8 weeks prior before dropping to run Test at 500mg for bloodwork. This is why only the twelve week cycle.

What type of weight are you doing hack compared to regular squats. I tired them out yesterday and once I get the motion down was wondering about where I should be shooting for working sets

I’ve been using 405 on my squats and 225 on my hack squats. Bit of a difference for me.

If I ate like that, I would be 300 lbs within a month. I’m an easy gainer. One of these days, when I get my BF% down to 10-12%, I’ll do a lean bulk and see if I can get as big and strong as you and @Dirtnasty and the other big boys. Don’t think it’s ever gonna happen, but it’ll be fun to try!
