I steal form nightened all the time. Really helps me with the mass building aspect of lifting instead of just power focus

I like @johnjuans workout schedule. It is enough for me without over doing it. And his movements seem very gentle on my aches and pains. Specially in shoulders.
Goals get down below 15 bf. And put on 10 pounds muscle.
Currently at 245. 19bf
