You all gave me so much good advice. Some I didn’t want to hear. But I trust you guys and I made time.
Ben about a month now. I am going to the gym as much as possible. My goal is 8 hours per week. Been low carbs and high protein. Have a friend who is a body builder (all natural ) training me On proper techniques with squats deadlifts bench press strict press etc. he doesn’t know I am on a cycle but he does know I am on TRT. Doing things properly are a lot harder but less injury.
Over the past month I have gained 25 pounds on my deadlift 40 pounds on my squat 40 pounds on my bench ( started with a bad shoulder so had to start low. These are the tears your talking about @Bigmurph. Same with my deadlift. Working through the hip pain. Well worth it. My hip injury from last August is probably at 90 percent now. Well worth the tears.
I went from 250 to 235 and now back up to 245 but my pants still fit great. I am getting my butt back so they don’t slide down anymore My belly still sticks out further then my tits but it’s a work in progress.
Am gonna get my body fat checked Saturday. Think it’s around 30 percent but that’s just a guess.
Cycle. 100 mg NPP three times per week
250 mg TestE twice per week with the NPP
100 mg test cyp/prop blend twice per week
HCG everyday low dose (makes sex with wife big finish. ) love that stuff
30 mcg Ipamorelin at night
20 mcg HGH mornings five days per week (just started HGH)
20 mg coal as Ed
1 tablet Anastrozole twice per week
So glad I hit the gym and diet. My feet use to hurt everyday for years after walking on concrete 8 to 10 hours per day. NO MORE Baby!!!
I have never seen gains this fast in my life. First cycle of course.
