For years I stayed off the leg press machine and wouldn’t do squats because my knees felt like they were going to blow right off my legs. I stuck to leg extensions and leg curls as a replacement. At first I tried these knees braces I got in a pharmacy and they didn’t help so I figured all was lost. Recently I got SBD knees sleeves and it opened up a whole new world to me. I’m once again doing squats and legs presses comfortably. I can’t believe that’s all it took was legit high quality knee sleeves. I feel like such an ass that I lost all that time (over 6 years) not doing those exercises when it was such an easy fix. I just want to say that if anyone runs into problems like this it’s best to ask around the bodybuilding community for solutions. Someone out there can have the answer to an easy fix for something so critical. With that I would also suggest that you guys look into a site called, LPG MUSCLE I’ve gotten some devices from them that are absolutely amazing! My two favorites are the “shrug pro” and the “grip freak” fat grip version. I started getting cable attachments from them because I like fat grip and they offer that. Give them a look and tell me what you think. The shrug pro has worked wonders for my traps and the grip freak has taken my forearms to another level.
